About Us
Casey Arroyo
Casey is a SureHands Lift & Care Systems representative; Casey has received thorough training at their headquarters in Pine Island, New York for installation, as well as service and maintenance. He has been serving Northern Ohio since 2007. He currently is working with the Veteran’s Administration, the Ohio Home Care waiver program, the Ohio Board of DD, and with private pay consumers. Casey, along with his wife and business partner, founded CGA Home Modifications to help promote independence and safety in ones home and create accessible and barrier free environments. Not only is Casey passionate about accessibility within individual's homes, he is also passionate about helping make Toledo an accessible city for all individuals with disabilities.
GINA ARROYO, MOT, OTR/L, CAPS
Gina has been practicing as an occupational therapist for 10 years. She began her career in 2001 when she graduated with an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio and became an occupational therapy assistant. She decided to further her career and attended the University of Findlay where she received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. In 2011 Gina obtained the Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She founded CGA Home Therapies, LLC in addition to CGA Home Modifications, LLC.
Gina is a private practitioner who holds both Ohio and Michigan license. She provides occupational therapy services for individual's that have Medicare, Medicaid, or BWC insurance coverage along with other private insurance. She is a lifetime design consultant who provides consultation and case management services. She has developed strong relationships with a network of business professionals who are also dedicated in helping individual’s reach their own personal goals.
Throughout her career she has always had a passion for creating inclusive living environments and promoting occupational therapy within her community. Gina is a strong client advocate and is dedicated to assisting individuals obtain the necessary equipment they need to ensure safety and independence in their homes.
